Welcome to this beautiful bungalow. Charming Studio in a quaint neighborhood. Walk to brewery, restaurants, coffee shops. Private, spacious detached unit with a King bed, and full memory foam sleeper sofa. Kitchenette with stove, microwave, oven, coffeemaker, refrigerator. Close to Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and Hermosa Beach, Torrance, San Pedro. Minutes to downtown LA, Disneyland, Universal Studio & Hollywood, LAX airport, major freeways. The space The property is a studio apartment with a king-size bed and a pull out full couch. There is a rollaway bed if the couch is not acceptable. Guest access Ample street parking and you can walk to a local brewery, restaurants and a few bars. Other things to note We have a very friendly black lab who lives on the property you will not have. There is a 5" fence between the main house and guest house and the dog does not have access to home space. Visitors are welcome but overnight guests must all be on reservation. Please no loud parties or additional guests without prior approval. Check in is 3 PM possibly earlier if available. Checkout is 11 AM later if possible. If you have special requests please don't hesitate to ask I will try to facilitate.
