Flint Cottage – 3 mins to beach

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table. The space 🏡 Built in 1885, Flint Cottage blends period character with modern touches to create a homely base for families, friends, or business travellers. 🍽️ The kitchen is stocked with cookware, and we provide tea, coffee, cereal, and milk for your first breakfast. 🌿 Outside, Tess’s mosaic table sits among her favourite plants, with a BBQ available — a sunny spot for morning coffee, al fresco meals, or evening drinks. 🛜 The whole house has fast fibre Wi-Fi, making it easy to stream, work, or stay connected. 🚗 Free on-street parking is usually available, though busier on bank holidays. 🤝 You’ll have full privacy with your own entrance, and since we live next door, support is always close by if you need Guest access 🔑 The cottage is self-contained with a private entrance and courtyard. Other things to note ⚠️ 🚶 The cottage was built in the 1800s and has steeper stairs than modern homes. If mobility is a concern, this may not be the right fit. 🚿 There is one ensuite shower in the main bedroom and a small WC downstairs. If you need multiple bathrooms, this may not suit your group. 🅿️ Parking is usually available outside, but on busy weekends you may need to park a little further away. If we can, we’ll move one of our cars onto the driveway so you can take a space on the road.
