The space Bond' Cottage Barn stands alone in its garden. There is an open plan living room, with a kitchen with combination oven/microwave, 2 ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment and breakfast bar with stools. (Please note that there is no separate freezer). There is a wall mounted 42" smart TV and sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite wet room, there is a washing machine and ample cupboard space. Luxury underfloor heating of tiled floor throughout. The space is all on one level and there are no steps on path from drive. Guest access Guests have sole access to the whole building and to the enclosed private garden with two seating areas. We have put in an extra seat at the back of the garden so that guests can enjoy the extensive views from there over towards Tunbridge Wells. Please note the garden as viewed from the living room area of the barn is the Owner's garden. Other things to note Please note that we do not permit guests to have visitors to the Barn. If Guests wish to use the BBQ they will need to bring a lighter, firelighters and charcoal. We have an excellent farm shop Fullers 1/4 mile away which does a range of delicious BBQ meats, burgers, kebabs and ribs. Plenty of space and picnic bench + table and chairs to enjoy eating out in the garden.
