Dog-friendly garden cottage near Broads & beaches

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed. The space The cottage has been described by many guests as a home from home. This is because it's filled with interesting objects and homely touches, including colourful decor, comfortable furniture and, in the kitchen, all the amenities you'd expect to have in your home. Guest access The cottage is entirely self-contained and you will have access to all spaces in it, and the garden. Other things to note A note regarding COVID-19 and your safety at West Cottage We all want to feel and be safe while travelling during the COVID-19 pandemic. To that end, I want to reassure my guests that our cleaning team are professionals who will use masks and PPE while they clean the cottage before your arrival. All surfaces and heavy-use items such as worktops, tables, welcome folders, remote controls, switches, sockets, cords, door/window/cupboard handles, thermostats, plugs & appliances will have been cleaned using anti-viral disinfectant. Liquid soap will be provided in both the bathroom and kitchen, and of course all linens will have been freshly laundered for you.
