THIS IS MY HAPPY PLACE

"THIS IS MY HAPPY PLACE" is a small apartment for two people in the attic of a detached house. It is cozy and brightly decorated in a Nordic style and has a small hallway, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room, a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, coffee or capsule machine, kettle and toaster. In the front part of the garden, two relaxing armchairs are available for relaxing. The space THIS IS MY HAPPY PLACE is in a small quiet village without through traffic and is only 5 km /15 minutes by bike from the beach "Grüner Brink". Swimming, surfing and kite paradise! There is a beach bar there where you can end the day with a cocktail. You can drive 6 km to the center of Burg. Burg is our small island capital and invites you to stroll and shop. Guest access Chill in the garden! Or admire the clear starry sky in the evening! There are two sun loungers available in the front garden. Other things to note The visitor's tax/Baltic Sea card of € 1.00/day p. person in the low season and €2.00/day per person in the high season. I will have to charge each guest on site (over 18 years) and pass these fees on to the city. In peak season, the minimum booking is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. In the event of booking gaps, shorter booking times are also possible. Just ask!
