With family or friends, come and enjoy the Gîte du Bout des Prés, a place full of warmth and friendliness. Created in 2021, it will bring you well-being and unique memories. Located in the town of Doullens, about 1 hour from the Bay of Somme, and the Opal Coast, our cottage will offer you many choices of activities in the heart of nature and nearby (Walking/Fishing/cultural visit). Welcome! The space On the ground floor: - A large living room with table for 6 people, a TV/sofa area, a pellet stove. Warm atmosphere. - A small living room (currently being fitted out) with TV, desk for work and for fun. - A fully-equipped kitchen - A laundry room with 10 kg washing machine - A separate toilet - A bedroom overlooking the garden, double bed (160*190) with private bathroom with toilet (Sheets and towels by requesting the COMFORT option) - A double bedroom (160*190). (Sheet and towel by requesting the COMFORT option) Upstairs: - Two bedrooms with double bed (140*190) with skylight on the garden side. (Sheet and towel by requesting the COMFORT option) - One bedroom with two single beds (90*190) (ideal for children), (sheet and towel by requesting the COMFORT option), a baby cot (sheet and towel by requesting the COMFORT option). - One bathroom - A toilet Parking: - Parking in front of the gîte, 4-5 spaces. Yard: - 530 m² wooded lawn with a petanque court Lean-to/Patio: 100 m² lean-to, ideal for outdoor dining. It is equipped with a bar area with freezer and fridge, a fire/barbecue area and an outdoor kitchen (worktop and fridge). Neighborhood: Our cottage is located at the entrance to the village, the direct neighbors are horses and chickens. Ideal for small outdoor walks. Guest access Located on departmental road 5 between Doullens and Lucheux, the cottage is the first farmhouse on the right when arriving in the village (white and gray facade, red tiles) Other things to note Several possible formulas: Weekly rental, 7 nights from Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m. or Weekend from Friday 4:00 p.m. to Monday 10:00 a.m. or Midweek week from Monday 4:00 p.m. to Friday 10:00 a.m. Please let us know when booking if you would like to take the COMFORT option for the provision of bed sheets, towels and kitchen (25 euros per person).
