Sunny terrace with patio heater on the 2nd floor. Approx. 25 min drive by car to the zoo, Sørlandssenteret and Kr. Sand. Approx. 5 min drive by car to Setesdalsbanen and the Toboggan run hiking area. Other things to note We have a cat living with us. We take it with us when renting unless otherwise agreed.
