The property is a brand new self-contained studio annexe fitted to a high standard with its own private entrance located at the rear of our house. Featuring a double & sofa bed, WC & kitchen, wifi, 42inch TV with on-demand HD streaming/tv. A basic breakfast will be provided. Free off-street parking for the duration of your stay. Comfortably sleeps 2 people but can accommodate for 4. The space The property is located directly at the rear of our house with its own private entrance. It is a brand new fully self-contained studio annexe. The studio comfortably sleeps 2 but can accommodate 4 with the sofa bed. High-speed wifi will be available as will a 42-inch flatscreen TV with full HD streaming services including Netflix & Amazon etc. Business travellers will have a tablespace to work at and a wardrobe to hang suits/smart wear. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire flat as well as the decking area located directly outside located in the garden. They will have their own private secure entrance with coded keypad entry. Other things to note We ask all guests to please be respectful of both us and our neighbours. This includes keeping noise outside of the flat to a respectful level.
