The Eppley Guest home is a restored 1826 brick homestead nestled on a 450 acre active farm with woods, streams, abundant wildlife activity, and direct easy access to the Little Miami Bike trail which bisects Howell farms and is 4 beautiful trail miles into Yellow Springs. Our hometown! This is our 15th year of hosting guests (Five with AirBnB) and our guest return percentage rate is one of the highest in the lodging industry.
