VILLA AURORA

Villa Aurora is the perfect place up on the hill of Vico Equense, to find peace and relax. You will be fully surrounded by nature, yet being central to the area with easy access to restaurants, local grocery and coffee shops. Free Wi-Fi. Private parking. We have just installed air conditioning in the bedrooms. You will be in a real and authentic home. I am staying in an apartment below the villa. City tax to be paid upon arrival: 3€ per person per night. There are bee hives in the property. The space A two-floor house with spacious bedrooms (three of them with private bathroom), natural light coming in, a huge panoramic terrace with a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and a big swimming pool. You can take advantage of its strategic location and explore the cities around, or you can just rest and find your inner peace in the green and tranquil atmosphere of the house, enjoying the landscape around you. The ancient and grandiose Magnolia tree by the pool is a special spot. Main floor: spacious living room with fireplace and dining table, kitchen, laundry room, service bathroom, ensuite with double bed. First floor- 5 bedrooms: ensuite with twin beds, ensuite with double bed, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds. The last 3 bedrooms are sharing 1 bathroom. If you love relaxing on the beach, Marina d’Equa is a must: with its beach, its harbor and the typical restaurants with a sea view, you can easily reach it by car or with a pleasant 15-minute walk in the nature. Distances: The closest train station (Circumvesuviana) is only a 15-minutes walk and you can easily reach Naples, Pompei and Sorrento. The house is 3 km away from the harbor of Marina D’Equa, where you can take the ferry to visit Sorrento and Capri. The villa share the same entrance with a little apartment located below the villa and used by Donatella and her husband. The garden is also shared with them. Guest access The villa, pool, and terrace are for the exclusive use of our guests, ensuring full privacy and relaxation during your stay. Please note that Donatella and her husband live in the apartment located below the villa. The main gate and garden area are shared with them, but your spaces remain entirely private. A cleaning lady comes by every morning for about 1.5 hours to tidy up the outdoor areas, sweep leaves, and water the plants — all to keep the garden and surroundings in perfect condition for your enjoyment.
