Peartree: Cosy 150 years old Cotswolds cottage

Peartree is a recently refurbished, beautiful 150 year old traditional Cotswold cottage situated in the 'old town' Bourton-on-the-Water. The cottage is found in a tranquil location, down a quite footpath off the main village street, and is the perfect Cotswold get-away in which to rest, relax and unwind. The space This little cottage is brimming with original features, an open fire to keep you cosy, and heaps of traditional Cotswolds charm. The perfect retreat in which to enjoy your relaxing Cotswolds get-away. Please note I am unable to supply firewood and kindling for the fireplace, these can be purchased from the Bourton Co-Op, a few minutes walk from the cottage. Guest access The cottage does not have dedicated parking however there are several arking options in Bourton both paid and unpaid close by. It is worth noting that due to Peartree age the stairs are narrow and steep (see photo gallery). If any of your party are unsteady on their feet or have limited mobility this may not be a good choice of accommodation. Please note Check-in time is strictly 4pm. Earlier check in cannot be accommodated in order to allow for the necessary time to prepare the cottage for guests arrival. Other things to note Check-in time is strictly 4pm. Please note that due to Peartree Cottage historic design the stairs are narrow, and do not have railings or such on one side (see photo gallery).
