Close enough to hear the waves at night, yet quite enough to simply relax and rewind! Large yard is perfect for lawn games, BBQ’s or relaxing after a fun day at the beach. Whimsically decorated with modern updates. New 1st floor full sizewasher/dryer and AC units in bedrooms. Guest access Guests have access to the first and second floor of the house, as well as to the backyard and storage shed. There is no access to the basement. Other things to note This is a Sunday to Sunday rental. The Salty Mermaid is a year-round, fully insulated home with a first floor stackable washer/dryer, and window AC units in the Bedrooms. We also have a new 50 gallon hot water heater!
