With a comfortable 5 double beds the house is popular with workers and families alike. Our kitchen is the hub of the house with breakfast bar, stools and L shaped sofa. On warm days the bifold doors open to join the kitchen and outside patio, where there is an 8 seat rattan table set. Our living room has a large flat screen digital TV, a cosy wood burning stove for winter nights, double outside door to join the patio on warm days and contemporary seating. On the ground floor there is also a dining room with stylish dining set and a toilet only bathroom. In the garage there is a kids pool table and dart board. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds, 2 with king size beds. 3 bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have smart TV's. The garden is designed with children in mind so after the patio there is an astroturfed area! **The house is in a small, residential community with many small children in the neighbouring houses so quiet hours outside of the house itself are 20:00 to 08:00.** Other things to note We ask that all guests be considerate of the neighbours, especially in outside spaces.
