A room on the shore of the Sea of Azov

The house was built in 2018. There are 2 rooms in the room, so it is possible to stay with another family. The kitchen is shared. The hosts live in another house in the same courtyard. There is an electronic water heating system in the summer shower, so there will be warm water on the coldest day. There is also warm water in the kitchen. Laundry is not included. There is a separate fee. 15 minutes to the market. There is a shop "Around the corner". 20 minutes to the central beach. This is not a central beach, but a quieter and quiet place for summer holidays.
