Heated Pool, Beautiful Surroundings

The Perfect Country retreat in a secluded location within 15 mins drive of local shops. The Swimming Pool is in the houses private garden for exclusive use and is heated to a comfortable 30 & 32 degrees all year round. The Cottage is surrounded by Beautiful walks and cycle routes and close to Castle Royal golf course. You will have exclusive use of The Cottage and The Private Secluded Gardens and swimming pool. Perfect for a family holiday away from it all with plenty do locally. The space A beautiful 4 bedroom cottage in an area of outstanding beauty. The house had been recently renovated has a modern kitchen with all mods cons. Most of the furniture and supplies are new. Downstairs has a Wonderful open plan family living space, kitchen, dining room and living area with open fire place,Separate hallway WC and utility room. Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King Size Bed with an en suite shower and WC. The en suite has a separate door and can be shared with other guests without entering the master bedroom. A double mattress can be supplied for the master bedroom and an additional double can be provided for the living room Bedroom 2 has a single bed with an additional single mattress which can be used on the floor. Bedroom 3 and 4 have a double beds. There is also a family bathroom with walk in shower. All bed linens and towels are provided. Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement providing they don’t go on the furniture or upstairs and any mess is cleared up Immediately. The cottage has a beautiful garden which surrounds the property and an outdoor pool ( which can be heated all year round at an additional cost with 2 weeks notice). The garden has an outside dining area which seats 10 along with a separate seating area, a couple of sun beds and a BBQ (coal not provided). The lounge has a TV with a DVD player with free-view. There is off road parking for 3/4 vehicles. The Cottage is set in a quiet country lane with just a few neighbors. As you leave the cottage you are able to walk, run cycle without going on any roads. The house is situated on cycle path 52. Guest access Guests have exclusive access the entire cottage, garden and pool. Other things to note Pool is Heated All Year Round at an additional cost and with 2 weeks prior notice. Pool and Garden maintenance weekly included in the cost, guests need to allow garden access for this any refusal could result in additional costs. Pool area is not fenced and young children must be supervised at all times, this is the responsibility of the guest. There is Wi-fi at the property, mobile phone service is generally very good. Double mattress and bedding can be supplied to use downstairs in the living area. Please note airbnb only take the security deposit if a claim is made by the host for damages and or broken house rules.
