We present you a luxury house with terrace and exclusive and private pool, located in the heart of the old town of Seville, just 3 minutes from the cathedral. This fantastic house has 2 bedrooms with two full bathrooms, living room and kitchen and a fantastic private terrace equipped with sun loungers, armchairs and a large shower to cool off. The space The accommodation we offer you is a house that occupies the entirety of a building located in one of the best areas of the historic center of the city, next to the town hall of Seville and the Plaza Nueva. The house is divided into three floors. On the ground floor you have access to the house with a small entrance hall leading to the distribution staircase of the house. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and a built-in wardrobe with drawers and hangers for hanging clothes. In the second bedroom there are two single beds of dimensions 90cm x 200cm and a fitted wardrobe as well as the master bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink On the second floor there is the space of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and refrigerator, as well as enough utensils to cook during your stay. The area has tables and two sofas. If we go up the stairs we will find the private terrace with pool where they have sun loungers, chairs and a table and a fantastic pool where you can cool off in summer.
