A bright, airy and spacious holiday home with superb views from every room! Arguably located in one of the best locations on the island, Yachtsman’s is bright & spacious harbour side home with stunning views over Bembridge harbour on one side and over the RSPB Bembridge Marshes Nature Reserve on the other. With a stunning viewing lounge on the top floor you will be spoilt for choice of which view to enjoy while you sip your evening cocktail, wine or beer! The space On entry you will find a light and airy hallway, a utility room with integrated washing machine and tumble dryer and a store room where you can leave your cycles, paddle boards and other beach/leisure gear. On the first floor you will find a dual aspect lounge with dining area that can comfortably sit 8 and a 50" smart TV, superfast WIFI and a small "Juliet" balcony that opens out over the marina. Adjoining the lounge us a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave , toaster and dishwasher. There is also a shower room on this floor with an amazing shower! On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super comfy super king sized bed and overlooks the marshes. There are 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms. You will also find the second bathroom on this floor with a lovely deep bath. Perfect for a soak after a day of fun. Climb to the third floor and here you will find the most superb & comfortable viewing lounge. Every which way you look there is a view. With bi-folding doors opening up across each side of the building onto balconies you are assured the most relaxing of times just watching the world go by in the marina and spotting wildlife on the nature reserve! We also have a small sofa bed in the viewing lounge in case of need. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. Sorry but no pets allowed.
