The space This beautiful condo has the most amazing view of the 18th fairway and the mountains. The inside is beautifully furnished with brand new furniture from Restoration Hardware. The condo was just redecorated with brand new furniture and linens from Restoration Hardware. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the mountains. The master bath has 2 sinks, a Jacuzzi and a walk in shower. There is a walk in closet in the master bedroom. There is a beautiful patio off of the master bedroom where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a connecting bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked so all you will need to buy are your groceries. It is very private as there is no one above or below you. The best part is the view off the great room. Words can not describe the sunset view . There is a table on the patio to enjoy eating outside looking over the golf course with a view of the mountains. The grounds are amazing with a pool and fitness area within walking distance. You are close to the 101, Mayo Clinic, WM golf tournament, Barrett Jackson, Kierland and many great restaurants and shops. Guest access There is access to the pool, hot tub and large fitness center. The condo is walking distance to the Grayhawk public golf courses. Other things to note There is a 30 day minimum due to HOA rules. January through March can only be rented for the entire month.
