Our self-contained, private, beautifully appointed cottage offers easy access to Harwell Science and Technology campus. Newly built, it features a deluxe double bed, a large power shower, ample off street parking, and is nearby a main line train station with direct service to Oxford, London and beyond. (Central Oxford City:15 mins, London:45mins). Perfect for anyone working at the Harwell Site (walk or take a direct bus), it is also ideal for guests in town for weddings and family events. The space Beech Cottage is a beautiful home away from home. It is a self-contained, quiet and beautifully furnished cottage with a large bedroom, a separate, spacious bathroom with a power shower and an open concept kitchen/living room. It is located at the end of a peaceful garden in a quiet village. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, a washing machine, dish washer, oven, Miele hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. It features a double-sized bed, bedside tables, alarm clock, lamps, chest of drawers and a spacious living room. Included is high speed internet, wi-fi and a Smart TV with Netflix available. The rose garden with manicured box hedge offers an enjoyable place to relax and read a book. Weber BBQ and teak picnic tables are exquisite options for outdoor dining. Please agree use before visit. The cottage can be let both long and short term. High standard 100% cotton sheets and luxurious, plush towels are provided. Tea, coffee, conveniently available for your arrival as well as shampoo, conditioner, bath and shower gel, body lotion, soap and shower cap. Weekly cleaning services for long term stays available at extra cost. Guest access The cottage is located at the end of a long drive, separate from the main house with its own access via a shared drive. There is ample parking for 2 cars directly in front of the cottage. Unlimited free Wifi and high speed internet. Interaction with guests Key will be provided for check-in via a secure lock box. The owners live on site in the main house and can be contacted easily, we would love to share with you any local knowledge we have, places of interest, recommendations etc, however the cottage is self contained and private so there can be little or no interaction if preferred.
