It s a separate living space with a separate entrance to ensure your privacy in this owner-occupied home. Living area: The living room is spacious, with comfortable furniture, including 2 reclining chairs and a loveseat. The smart television is 43", with streaming and cable TV. Hulu, HBO, Apple +, Starz, and Wi-Fi included. Kitchen: The kitchen features modern appliances (french door fridge, dishwasher, gas range), and a pantry stocked with the tools to make cooking a breeze. Counter-top appliances include a microwave, crock pot, rice cooker, blender, griddle, and toaster. The 5 burner stove also has a griddle top. The refrigerator has an ice maker. The dishwasher is very quiet. Electric outlets also feature USB ports to make charging your devices easy! Dining: The dining area is in a bay window which overlooks the vineyard and hillside across the valley. Outside dining is available on the patio at a large table or wine barrel tabletop. Bedroom: The king sized bed features super-soft sheets, and a synthetic down duvet. Guests state it is the m9st comfortable bed they've ever slept in! The walk in closet is cedar lined, and has an ample supply of hangars, as well as a luggage rack / hamper, and shoe rack. The alarm clock and an electric outlet features USB ports to charge devices. A tallboy dresser, reclining chair, electric fireplace (which furnishes supplemental heat if necessary), ceiling fan, extra blanket, and several lamps complete the bedroom furnishings. Bathroom: The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and features an in-toilet bidet, large cheerful shower, and hair dryer. Bath linens include a set of towels for 2, plus 2 bath sheets. The view is beautiful, and most people want pictures to remember it by. A favorite activity is to sit on the swing, enjoying the ocean breezes while watching the sun go down beyond the vineyard. Shared spaces include a laundry room (washer & dryer) adjacent to the bathroom, covered patio, BBQ, and garden. Beach towels and a 'beach blanket' are provided.
