A 2,300sqft private pool home in Reunion Resort - FULL RESORT ACCESS!! (Golf. tennis, and waterpark). A peaceful retreat with several community pools, restaurants, and Walt Disney World, which is only a 2 mile "flamingo-flight" (straight-line) away! But, if you can't fly, driving should take about 10-20 minutes :) A private, modern, and spacious home, sleeps six. At it's center is a sparkling solar-heated pool. The space The relaxing pool views from almost every room are why this home is cheerfully known as “Sparkling Oasis.” Unlike a condo, the home is light and bright with a chef’s kitchen designed for family gatherings and bonding with the ones you love. The home provides privacy and comfort, sleeping up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Reunion is an exclusive quiet and gated golf and resort community that provides a tranquil tropical escape. We even include a professional vacation management company at no extra charge! They will see to anything you might need during your stay (grocery service, grill (BBQ), crib, stroller, and other rentals). Guest access Walking distance to almost everything Reunion Resort has to offer! You’ll find one of the heated Olympic sized pools, along with an 8 person Jacuzzi, just steps away. You'll have access to the entire house except for two owner storage areas and the garage. Your entire party will have unlimited access to the Reunion Resort community pools and restaurants! Other things to note For your convenience, complimentary basic dry goods, paper products, and bath supplies are provided for your first few nights! My management company provides one roll of TP per bathroom, the grocery service they offer is a great convenience! A full shopping center is also less than a mile away. Plan on shopping for some essentials like TP and salt and pepper. In addition to the grocery service: crib, stroller, in home chef, grill (BBQ), and other rental services are available. Golf greens fees range from $75-$150 depending on the season. Note: The pool at the house has an automated solar water heater which is extremely effective/efficient in Florida. However, days of cloudy, cold, or rainy weather, can decrease heating efficiency; just in case, a beautiful gas heated pool and hot-tub are only steps away and available throughout the resort. (**Late September - May the air temp. and home pool may be to cool for swimming.)
