The newly renovated, modernly furnished vacation home is fully equipped and measures 140 m². Panoramic mountain views from all rooms, balcony and garden. Garden furniture and brick barbecue are provided. In Spital am Pyhrn, 3 km away, you will find everything you need for a nice stay. Extra entrance for each unit & 11 kW wallbox. The Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard (free services and discounts) is provided free of charge from mid-May to mid/end October! The space Three bedrooms, two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens with dining area, two bathrooms, two separate toilets and several balconies are spread over two floors. The two large bedrooms each offer a double bed, the small bedroom a bunk bed. In the living rooms, the sofa bed can be used for a maximum of two people per couch. The normal occupancy of the house is 7 people, the maximum occupancy is 11 people. A large private garden with garden furniture and children's playground is at your disposal.
