Water game vacation rental at Lake Wittensee - with GAME

This modern apartment sleeps 92m² for 6 persons in three bedrooms. The space The modern holiday home is located just 200m from the swimming beach of Lake Wittensee and has been decorated in a Scandinavian style. The rooms have been designed in bright colors and furnished with appropriate bright, cozy furniture. It has one big living room with comfy sofa, reading armchairs and dining area. A large flat screen TV, DVD and CD player (Bluetooth enabled) can be found here, among other things. From here you have access to a large balcony. There is a master bedroom with high quality box spring bed. The open kitchen is equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and stove with ceramic hob and oven are provided. Towels and hair dryer are provided in the modern shower room with exterior windows. A steep (!) staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms with two single beds each. Again, the colors are bright and friendly. All bedrooms have blackout pleats and insect screens. The stairs are secured from the bottom and top with stair guards so that toddlers cannot go / crawl on their own. A parking space is located directly at the house, which is located on a former farm with a total of five apartments. There is plenty of space here to play and romp, rest and relax. We have a play barn with trampoline, table tennis, foosball table, small climbing wall and plenty of space where children and also adults can let off steam. In a common room you can store your bicycles, also a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available to our guests for a fee (3€). A rowing boat is free to make free use. Two sup boards can be hired for a small fee. We offer a high chair and a cot on request free of charge. The bathing area at the Wittensee with sunbathing lawn, wide, flat entrance and playground is only about 200 m away. Bread service possible. The rent includes one towel set per person, tea towels and household energy costs. Bed linen can be brought or for a fee of 8€ per set we will be happy to provide you. Other things to note This modern and spacious apartment offers enough space for up to six people in a total of three bedrooms on 92 square meters. The holiday apartment is on the upper floor of the house, but can be entered on the ground floor due to its hillside location. The rooms of the apartment have been decorated in a modern Scandinavian style, with bright colors and lovingly decorated with corresponding bright, cozy furniture. The large living room with its comfortable sofa, a cuddly reading chair seduces you to rest and look out over the balcony into nature. In addition to the access to the balcony of the apartment, the dining area is also located in this room, making it the perfect place to stay for the whole family. The open plan kitchen is equipped with every comfort, which you want to find in a holiday apartment and is the ideal place for hobby chefs to spoil the family even on vacation. In the lower area of the apartment, in addition to the modern shower room with natural light, there is also the master bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed, which ensures a particularly restful sleep. Again, the colors are bright and friendly, matching the overall picture of the space. All bedrooms have blackout pleats and insect screens. The stairs are secured from below and up with stair guards so that toddlers cannot go on their own or crawl. The proximity to the Wittensee with its magical swimming spot and the beach provide the necessary cooling on warm summer days. On rainy days, the children (and also adults) is allowed to use the play barn on the premises and let off steam, protected from wind and weather.
