"Wasserspiel" vacation apartment on Lake Wittensee: a modern, spacious apartment in a Scandinavian style for up to 6 people. Comfortable, ground-level access despite the upper floor, three bedrooms, balcony with a panoramic view, fully equipped kitchen and play barn (indoor play area) in the courtyard. The space The modern vacation apartment is located only 200 m from the beach of Lake Wittensee and was decorated in Scandinavian style. The rooms were decorated in bright colors and furnished with corresponding bright, cozy furniture. It has a large living room with a comfortable sofa, reading chair and dining area. A large flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player (Bluetooth enabled) can be found here, among other things. From here you have access to a large balcony. There is a master bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed. The open kitchen is equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and stove with ceramic hob and oven are available. Towels and hairdryer are ready for you in the modern shower room with exterior windows. A steep (!) staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms with two single beds each. Here, too, the colors are bright and friendly. All bedrooms have blackout pleats and insect screens. The stairs are secured from below and above with stair protection blinds so that toddlers cannot walk/crawl on their own. A parking space is right by the house, which is located on a former farm site with a total of five apartments. There is plenty of space to play and romp, rest and relax. We have a play barn with trampoline, table tennis, table football, small climbing wall and lots of space where children and adults can let off steam. In a common room you can park your bicycles, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available to our guests there for a fee (€3). You can use a rowboat free of charge. Two SUP boards can be rented for a small fee. We provide a high chair and a travel cot free of charge upon request. The swimming area on Lake Wittensee with a lawn, wide, flat entrance and playground is only about 200 m away. Bread service is possible. Rent includes a towel set per person, dish towels and household energy costs. Bed linen can be brought or we will be happy to provide it for a fee of €8 per set. Covering around 92 square meters, it can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms on the upper floor of our holiday home. Due to the hillside location, you still enter the apartment comfortably at ground level. Everything is decorated in a modern Scandinavian style: bright colors, clean lines, and comfortable furniture that immediately create a vacation atmosphere. The heart of the apartment is the large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa corner and a cozy reading chair. Here you can put your feet up and let your gaze wander through the large windows and over the balcony into nature. The dining area is also in the same room – perfect for playing together, eating, or simply ending the day. From the living room, you can go directly onto the balcony, which becomes a second outdoor living room on warm days. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and is also fun for amateur cooks: Here you will find everything you need to spoil your family or friends on vacation – from a leisurely breakfast to a lavish dinner. In the lower part of the apartment are the modern daylight shower room and the master bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed – ideal for a particularly restful night's sleep. Through a steep (!) staircase you reach the upper floor of the apartment. There are two more bedrooms with two single beds each. Here, too, everything is bright and friendly, in keeping with the overall Scandinavian look of the space. All bedrooms have blackout pleated blinds and insect screens – good for late risers, children and anyone who wants to sleep in the fresh air but without mosquitoes. The stairs are secured at the top and bottom with stair safety gates so that toddlers cannot climb them on their own or crawl down. On warm summer days, you are just a few steps away from Lake Wittensee with its enchanting bathing area and small beach – perfect for swimming, splashing around, stand-up paddling or simply for a refreshing dip. When the weather turns Nordic, our play barn with an indoor play area on the premises provides fun for young and old: Here you can romp around to your heart's content, jump on the trampoline, play foosball and climb – well protected from wind and weather.
