Remarkably restored, in the Lot Valley, isolated charm in the heart of nature, forest, the buildings form an interior courtyard open to the pool. You will also have 5 illuminated terraces, a bowling alley, and a swimming pool with spa. Parking lots and garages for motorcycles and bicycles. Nightclub. The space The set, furnished in rustic style and decorated with antique objects, will seduce you with its charm. You will breathe in this wooded setting populated with Douglas fir and chestnut trees where you can stroll and go in season to pick chestnuts, blackberries, mushrooms... On 3 levels, the U-shaped buildings form an inner courtyard with the inflatable spa pool with massage for 6 people in summer and 5 terraces. The spacious wood-paneled living room with cathedral ceiling opens onto the central island kitchen and dining room. You will enjoy relaxing around the central fireplace (possibility of grilling) to take a seat at the bar for a relaxing moment with family or friends. Access to the spa pool can be done through the kitchen. Upstairs, a mezzanine allows you to isolate yourself to read or watch a movie. It leads to 2 bedrooms Ch5 and 6 (2 beds 120 and 1 bed 160) a common marble bathroom, 2 sinks, fine gold taps, separate toilet on the landing. The living room also gives access to two terraces on the ground floor as well as 2 bedrooms 3 and 4 (1 bed 120 and 1 bed 160), the second of which has a toilet and bathroom. You are on a sloping ground, continue to descend from bedroom 4 to the lower floor where there is an office/gym/and on the outside a large terrace for Ping-pong, Boules court, go down again below the office to get to the Archery area and the private nightclub, the dance floor, the bar, and the foosball await you. You access the inner courtyard through a porch, it serves two bedrooms Ch1 and 2, one of which has a shower room toilet (140 cm bed) and the other a toilet (sofa bed of 160 cm). Both allow you to go to the spa pool in summer and, to isolate yourself from the rest of the house, the second has a fireplace with a large table for a more intimate setting. Jean-Pierre offers a wide choice of activities on site: seawater pool, heated from May to the end of September, spa, ping-pong, weight bench, petanque court, bowling, pro darts game and archery under adult supervision for compliance with safety instructions, chess, poker game suitcase tokens, mosaic, painting, modeling, sculpture...
