Nestled in a stand of towering redwoods and pines, our home provides a wonderful escape from the city, while BART and downtown Berkeley are just minutes away by bike or car. Enjoy views of the spacious backyard from the fireplace-equipped living space...go for a walk and enjoy the beauty of Tilden park...or hop down and enjoy one of the many award wining restaurants Berkeley has to offer. The space This living space is the entire downstairs of a large home, recently remodeled as a stand-alone dwelling. There is the potential to hear noise from upstairs. This spot is truly blessed with the beauty of nature, don't be surprised to see a family of deer grazing in the backyard! Guest access The entire downstairs of the house and back patio will be yours, with access to the backyard. Other things to note Cell phone access can be spotty depending on carrier (Verizon and ATT better, T-mobile worse), but Internet is strong and fast, so excellent results are available when you have WIFI calling enabled with your phone and carrier.
