Spilgaia is a small hotel which consists of 5 apartments, appropriate for 2 or 3 persons. It is newly built, located in Spili a village famous for its springs. Your stay at Spilgaia will be memorable as you will be given the chance to stay at a brand new, small and cozy hotel with the most hospitable owners. It will be your chance to take a good taste of Cretan hospitality. We are looking forward to meeting and welcoming each one of you! The space Nature is one of the apartments that can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. Drawing inspiration from the green of Cretan land, Nature apartment exudes tranquility, enhancing the feeling of relaxation. Fresh and bright room with one bedroom and a full bath. It has a double, super comfortable bed and a single one, which make it ideal for 3 guests. There are also available for you a closet, a smart satellite TV, a small fridge, and amenities to prepare some tea or coffee which you can enjoy at the balcony staring the spectacular mountains. A modern, clean, and brand new bathroom has equipped a shower with a rainfall showerhead. Guest access Guests can have access to every place of the building, unless indicated otherwise. During your stay The owner of Spilgaia Hotel and also a member of GuestFirst team will always be available before, during and even after your stay to assist you with anything you might need. Other things to note Since 01/01/2025 all guests that stay at short-term rentals must pay tax for climate change. In this property, the tax is 0.5€ / day for November to March and 2€ / day for April to October. This amount must be paid separately and is not included in the cost of stay.
