Cozy and modern apartment (66 sqm) for rent in the middle of Stryn city center. The apartment is located on the 4th floor in Tonning Vest. The apartment contains most of what you need to have a pleasant stay in Stryn. Just outside Tonning Vest is a climbing and playground where the children can play. Right across the road is the cultural house with a cozy cafe, swimming pool and cinema. In the building there is a physiotherapist, dentist and grocery store. 100m away there is a shopping mall, shops, doctor, pharmacy, and bus station. The space Stryn municipality is a beautiful tourist municipality that offers many fine nature experiences both in summer and winter. Here is a fantastic landscape with excellent hiking opportunities, both on skis and on foot. Via Ferrata and Loen Skylift have become very popular in recent years. These attractions are just 10 minutes away by car. Skåla is a much visited mountain peak and the trip up there starts from Tjugen camping in Loen. On the top of Skåla, they have built a new tourist cabin (Skålabu) located next to Skålatårnet. You can stay in both of these cabins. Brikdsdalsbreen in Oldedalen is also a popular tourist destination 45 minutes away by car. In addition to these attractions, we have many nice valleys and water worth a visit in Stryn Municipality. Both Lodalen and Oldedalen are nice valleys with a dramatic history. The panorama road, which is located on the north side of the fjord, also has many fine dining opportunities and a view that makes the trip unique in itself. In neighboring municipality Geiranger is a nice day trip from Stryn (about 45 minutes by car). In winter there are very good possibilities both on cross country and alpine skiing. Here are 5 alpine facilities (Stryn winter skiing, Hornindal, Grotli, Breimsbygda and Harpefossen ski center).
