Rural home 5 minutes walk from lively village

Rural home with great views. Lovely outdoor area that gets the sun. Spacious kitchen dining area and living room with wooden floors. 3 newly decorated bedrooms. Stunning window on the landing. Near busy village, plenty of shops and crafty goings on (I can help arrange workshops, just tell me what you want to learn). Picturesque canal with canal boats; walks to next village- Marsden. Easy to get into Huddersfield and Manchester. The space The house is split over 3 floors, with spacious kitchen diner , utility room and living room on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and shower room on the 2nd floor and a studio bedroom and en-suite bathroom (no toilet) on the 3rd floor. 2 gardens , front and back: the back courtyard is a sun trap! Guest access Guests have the freedom of the full house. Other things to note The house will be cleaned and then left for 72 hours before you arrive. I will joyfully have young babies to stay BUT I don’t have the facilities for them. I don’t have a cot, changing mats, baby gates etc. I do have a highchair. If you do want to bring baby please discuss with me first so that we are both happy that baby will be safe and secure. Sandra
