Located halfway between Lilia and the village of Plouguerneau, in a quiet hamlet with sea view, 200 m from the beach and on the GR34 route. Less than 5 min drive to shops, restaurants, crêperies, fishmongers and oyster bars. Come and discover this authentic fisherman's house, independent and completely renovated, for vacations with family or friends, in the heart of the Pays des Abers. You will enjoy a friendly and cozy living space, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation in 2020. The space I imagined for this gîte a decoration with a revisited marine spirit, with the help of many local artists, to bring an extra soul as well as an atmosphere worthy of this little piece of heaven. You will enjoy a welcoming living room, open to the fitted and equipped kitchen area to promote moments of conviviality and sharing. During the off-season you will also have the opportunity to gather around a good fire. On the night side, you will have a spacious bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with a comfortable 160 x 200 bed. A second bedroom on the mezzanine will accommodate 2 additional people with two separate beds of 90 x 190 that can be combined. Finally, an entrance with dressing room, a bathroom, a cellar and separate toilet complete the description. On the garden side, you will enjoy its peaceful environment, a stone's throw from Perros beach, and enjoy a private, enclosed and wooded garden, in addition to two terraces facing south and west to admire the sunset and enjoy your long summer evenings.
