Sleeps 8, 3 bed 2 full bath with queen sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with full bath. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. These bedrooms share a full bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with satellite and dvd players. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a larger tv and satellite and dvd player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the major appliances except a dishwasher, it has dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a full washer and dryer in the utility room. A 12x24 sunroom on the back of the house that over looks the lake. It has been updated with tile counter tops and a tile floor in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets have been replaced with beautiful pine cabinets that match the paneling in the living room and sun room. The bedrooms have been updated with new comforters, televisions and curtains. There is new carpet all the way thru the house and the bathrooms have new vanities and tubs/showers. All the rooms have been painted. There has also been new furniture added to make this house feel more like a home. There is a gazebo with furniture and a charcoal grill. There is also a small stream that flows under the gazebo to the pond. Guest have fished for crawfish in the stream and caught quiet a few. We have also added a fire pit with log seats for an evening of roasted marshmallow's, hot dogs or smores. There is a floating dock with electricity, a small pond with a small dock and plenty of fish. There is a boat landing .6 mile from the house. We have plenty of yard to park trucks with boat trailers and if you would like to bring golf cart or such for easier access to the dock feel free to do so.
