The Ark - House with Garden

Our place is close to Nuremberg (about 35 km away). Our cozy vacation home is located in a village called Kühnhofen, about 3 km from the small town of Hersbruck (https://hersbruck.de/en/). The house is quietly located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property consists of 800 square meters of garden and 1200 square meters of forest (fenced), through which there is access to a larger forest with several hiking trails. The space A house with a garden is rented, which is quietly located in a village in a cul-de-sac right on the edge of the forest. The house is situated on a hillside, so both rooms in the basement each have two large windows and are very bright. All the windows have curtains and blinds. In each bedroom, there is an empty wardrobe with hangers. There is a parking space for one car on the property. Guest access The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests can sleep in the house, 3 guests upstairs and 3 guests downstairs. The basic price refers to the rental to up to 2 guests on the upper floor, from the 3rd guest (additional price of €15/guest/night), the lower level is also accessible. Regardless of the number of guests, you will occupy the house alone. The workshop and attic are not accessible
