Welcome to our charming family home. Completely renovated, it has preserved the charm of the old while offering modern comfort. You will access the house through a large enclosed courtyard, ideal for parking your vehicles safely. At the back, a large garden with terrace and pergola invites you to share friendly moments around a barbecue. The space Our 100 m² single-storey house, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers a spacious and functional living space, ideal for families or professionals. • Entrance: You will be greeted in a large entrance that leads to the first bedroom, living room and kitchen. • Bedroom 1: First bedroom with double bed, overlooking the secure courtyard. It has a large wardrobe and a dresser to store your belongings. • Living room: A comfortable living room, equipped with two three-seater sofas, armchairs and a large smart TV. The living room gives access to two other bedrooms. • Bedroom 2: Bedroom with double bed, accessible from the living room, offering a pleasant view of the garden. This bedroom has a wardrobe for storage. On request, a crib can be added to this room. • Bedroom 3: Bedroom with two single beds, also accessible from the living room and overlooking the garden. • Bathroom: Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer, first aid kit and basic hygiene products. • Kitchen: Large kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (fridge-freezer, induction stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster) with direct access to the garden and terrace. Essential groceries are available in the kitchen to make your stay easier. Access to the back of the house is without steps to climb, making it easier to move around with wheeled suitcases, strollers or for people with limited mobility. Bed and bath linens are provided, and the beds will be prepared according to the number of guests. We provide you with complete baby equipment on request (high chair, bed). For your moments of relaxation, you will find books, board games, toys for children, as well as tourist documentation. Guest access We are delighted to welcome you to our house, located in the heart of the village, close to local shops. Ideally located, our accommodation allows you to fully enjoy the area: • Less than 5 minutes to the A26 English motorway, exit 5. • In the heart of the "Artois Lys Romane" tourist region. • 15 minutes from Aire-sur-la-Lys, Bruay-la-Buissière and Béthune. • 30 minutes from Louvre-Lens and the mining basin (UNESCO World Heritage Site). • 40 minutes from Arras. • Less than 60 minutes from Lille, Calais and the Opal Coast. You will also be close to the castles of Beaulieu and Philiomel, as well as the Manoir Des Lys and Tereos. For your trips, Lillers SNCF train station (Arras – Dunkirk line) is only 3.5 km away, served by TER, with TGV connections in Béthune or Arras. In addition, the bus line 40, Lillers – Lens, of the Tadao company, serves the town with a stop nearby. Other things to note Please note that the upper floor, cellar and external outbuildings are not accessible to guests. To ensure your peace of mind, only registered guests are allowed to access the accommodation. If you would like to invite family or friends, please request this in writing in advance.
