In the middle of the city center and heart of Bamberg, surrounded by numerous attractions, we offer you a modern, cozy ambience that makes the holiday in the Franconian World Heritage Site unforgettable. Due to the central location, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, and close to the Carmelite monastery of Bamberg and the Upper Parish Church, you can explore the World Heritage Site on foot or by bike. Your bicycles can be safely accommodated in the house and 350 m further there is a parking space, which can be rented additionally for your stay if necessary. Also, a bus stop with a connection to downtown traffic is just a few steps away. Right outside the front door of our old building apartment, you can start your sightseeing tour. Absolute Bamberg "Must-Sees", such as the former fishing village of Little Venice, the Old Town Hall or the Lower and Upper Bridge, are a short walk away. In summer, the nearby beer cellars "Wilde Rose" and "special cellar" with Franconian flair invite you to cool beer and hearty specialties and a unique view over Bamberg. Our bright, renovated and lovingly furnished apartment on the Kaulberg offers with 56 square meters enough space for up to four people. A beautiful bedroom with a spacious double bed and a cozy living and dining area with a large sofa bed create an absolute feel-good atmosphere. If you do not want to let your palate pampered by the nearby Franconian inns, the modern kitchen with all the necessary large and small appliances offers the perfect space for self-catering. You can also inquire about local events and attractions in and around Bamberg or recover from the many impressions on a cozy television evening in front of the large flat screen TV. If you have enough of Bamberg beer, the apartment on the Kaulberg has a unique surprise ready for you: In the basement of the residential building there is an air-conditioned wine cellar with an extensive and excellent selection of different wines from all over the world.
