Description

A beautiful Old Church House, set in an idyllic Lincolnshire village. Welcome to our home, a place of peace and tranquility. The house is the original church house dating back to the late 1800’s and sits nestled next to the striking architecture of St Botolphs Church, Saxilby, Lincoln. The house retains its original charm and provides all the comfort and convenience expected from a modern home such as large flat screen T.V's, entertainment systems, a log burner, a dishwasher and much more! The space The interesting layout of the house is made up of an entrance hallway with plenty of space for coats and bags, as well as muddy wellies or sun hats! A downstairs W.C with central heating boiler. The dining room has a large dining table that easily seats 8 and a work desk all surrounding an ornamental fireplace and our cosy book corner with views into the cottage style front garden. Continue through the house to find a large living room with log burner, a fully refitted kitchen and a beautiful conservatory with views over the back garden. Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms and a modern bathroom with bath and shower over. Guest access Guests have freedom to use our home in its entirety. Other things to note The church has a service on a Sunday morning.
