Apartment NOEMI3 Tar / Poreč Wifi pool

The newly built, modern NOEMI 3 apartment is located in Tar a small town 10 km away from Poreč. The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence. In the residence, there is shared the use of the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue, garden table with stone benches, a games room with a pool table, flat-screen TV, sofas, and armchairs. Everything is fenced. The NOEMI 3 air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the tertiary structure with three apartments. Composed of a comfortable bedroom with double bed (160x200). One bedroom with two single beds, the balcony with six seats, garden chairs and table. The girono area has a sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with six seats and an equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette has three electric hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment (10 l), a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine with filters, a mocca, a kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, detergent and a sponge. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet. In the residences are available for shared use the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the playroom for children and adults with pool table, flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs. The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence. In the structure, there is a shared space with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Guests have free access to the pool, barbeque, garden, deckchairs, umbrellas, games room. I do not live in this building, but I will be available on the phone at any time for any information or need. I will be happy to help and advise you on excursions, excellent restaurants with typical Istrian food, places/cities to visit ... everything you need Tar (Tower) is a small village of farmers and fishermen near only 5 km from Poreč (Porec). Lately, it has developed a lot by building apartments and beautiful villas with swimming pools, they have opened several excellent restaurants, offering typical Istrian and even German menus, bars, playgrounds for children, supermarket, tennis courts, a magnificent racetrack, horse riding center and more.  In the summer months, the country organizes frequent various very interesting events for tourists. They organize parties, dances, tastings, and presentations of wines, olive oil, and typical Croatian menus. In the village, you will also find a pharmacy, a dental and medical clinic, a bank, an ATM, a grocery store and some fruit and vegetable stands. The car is not necessary but we recommend it for visits to nearby cities or to the various beaches. * Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Custom transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
