Apartment with sea/mountain views (Tui Apt) & pool

Tui Apartment has a pool and is situated on the hill overlooking the beautiful small village of Mimice. Mimice is an easy and beautiful coastal drive on the D8 about 40 minutes south of Split and under an hour drive from Split Airport. It has stunning views over the Adriatic Sea and Brac Island from the terraces and pool. This combined with a stunning mountain backdrop makes it a picture perfect location whilst not far from the shop/restaurants/Tourist Bureau/Cafe (5 min walk). The space There are 3 apartments on the property making it great for parties traveling together whilst still having privacy. Languages spoken by the hosts are English, Dutch and German. The apartment has one bedroom and the lounge has a comfortable sofa bed. Tui apartment is on the top floor of an original Dalmatian house of over 100 years old. There are several terraces to choose from and to enjoy a sunrise or sunset. The (shared) heated pool is closed over winter and usually opens around the end of April. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, cooktop, kettle, all the tableware, silverware and cooking utensils but restaurants (pizza/fish and a Croatian Restaurant) are only a stone throw away. Spending some time indoors can be done in front of the flat screen tv where satellite dish programs are available as well as free WIFI. Two kayaks are available for hire. The apartment is equipped with aircon, wifi, shared pool access and free private parking is available. Guest access All areas but the other accommodation are available to all guests. Other things to note A bus stop is located only 5 minutes walk away. Buses are regular and good. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. We do not advise 2 adult couples to stay as our personal opinion is that it is not suitable for that (the bathroom is too small)..
