Dear guest, our apartment is close to several beaches, a marina, family activities, a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery. Especially recommended for families with children. The apartment is well equipped and includes beach equipment (aluminum chairs, umbrellas, beach cart and beach toys for children). You and your family will love the place. Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed is seven, including children. The space The apartment is spacious and comfortable for seven people. It has rustic decor and an excellent island-shaped kitchen so that everyone can socialize together at meals. There is a barbecue on the balcony with a sink on the side. Guest access - Covered garage - Elevator - Beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, toys for children) - The garage and entrance hall are monitored by camera. Other things to note 1) Please be honest. Detail exactly how many people will be staying in the apartment, including children (2-12 years old) and infants (under 2 years old). 2) The TV is digital with an open signal, there is no cable TV. As the TV is a Smart-TV, the guest can access NETFLIX using their private password. 3) The municipality of Bombinhas, the region where the apartment is located, charges an environmental preservation fee (R$ 38.00 for small vehicles; R$ 57.00 for utility vehicles/SUVs). Check on-site. 4) The barbecue includes a double skewer, two single skewers and a stainless steel grill. We do not provide charcoal. 5) Single beds are 0.90 m x 2.0 m (Bedroom 2). A queen size bed (1.60 m x 2.0 m) (Bedroom 3, suite) and a king size bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m). This king bed can be configured into two 0.90 m x 2.0 m single beds (Bedroom 1). One set of bedding per bed, and one bath towel for each guest, plus one floor and face towel per bathroom will be provided. Both sheets and towels are of excellent quality. 6) FRIENDS, FAMILY OR ANY OTHER PERSON NOT INFORMED IN THE LEASE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE APARTMENT.
