Located just 25 minutes south from the Cancun Int'l Airport, the Puntavista Residential community is very secure with only one access point, secured entry and daily patrols. Only 10 minutes away by car to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, banks and currency exchange. The space Spacious open floor concept in the living room, dining room and kitchen area. BEDROOM DESCRIPTIONS: - Bedroom 1: King Bed, En Suite Bathroom w/Shower, A/C, fan, Walk in closet with Security Safe Box and Large Private Balcony. Main level. - Bedroom 2: Double Bed, En Suite Bathroom w/Shower, A/C, fan, Walk in closet with Security Safe Box and Private Balcony. One level up from main floor. - Bedroom 3: King Bed, En Suite Bathroom w/Shower, A/C, fan, Walk in closet with Security Safe Box, TV and Large Private Balcony. One level up from main floor. - Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds, En Suite Bathroom w/Shower, A/C, fan, Walk in closet with Security Safe Box. Direct access to the kitchen, living area and private pool. One level below main floor. For guest's use: Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler and 1 bike. Other things to note -NO smoking allowed. -NO illegal substances allowed. -NO commercial operations/photo shoots/commercial filming or any other type of filming on site. -NO parties or events allowed. -NO unregistered guests allowed. -NO ball playing inside the house. -NO pets allowed. -DO NOT leave children unattended in the pool, jacuzzi, terrace and balconies. -DO NOT hang towels to dry on the front balcony. -Respect the noise curfew. Quiet time is between 10:00pm and 8:00am. -Turn off the air conditioning if not in use or if guests will be out of the house for an extended period of time. -Garbage and recycling containers are located near the main entrance of the gated community. This is where garbage and recyclables are deposited. -Dry yourself off prior to entering the house after using pool and jacuzzi. -Bike, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are available for our guests. If they are used outside of the property, please remember to bring them back or a replacement fee will be charged.
