The space The open kitchen and livingroom area (70 sqm) has a fireplace and room for 10-12 people around the uniq handmade kitchen table. The panoramic glas doors lead you out to the terrasse and the barbecue area With 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms two families can enjoy a comfy stay in the house. Sauna (indoor) with an outdoor shower attached to the terrasse looking in to the tree tops gives a golden touch to your stay. The house is located in an absolute A-location in Nynäshamn on the island of Trehörningen where kings and prominent citizens roamed in the early 20:th century. Stroll around the island, swim along the beach, enjoy a visit to Nynäs Havsbad - Sweden's most prestigious spa resort that is our closest neighbour (treatments must be pre-booked). There are also great opportunities to rent a kayak that is delivered to the beach right near the house. Things to note - Cleaning is not included in the price. If you like to have cleaning please let us know. - We only host 30+ - The deposit is 500 euros, and is repaid immediately after check out and cleaning.
