Very bright and functional metropolitan atmosphere apartment with balcony-terrace. It is located on the 2nd floor of a small building without elevator. 2 other bookable accommodations in the same building: 1 identical apartment and 1 studio, 6 extra beds in all. The train station is a 5-minute walk (1 train every 20 minutes on average to Lille, travel time 15 minutes). All within walking distance: restaurants, shops, supermarket, cinema, media library, Belfry (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Linens provided. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 5 people (one bedroom with a double bed and another with 3 single beds, including 2 bunk beds). Total area: 46 m2. Possibility to stay up to 11 people in all by renting the apartment below, in the same building (capacity: 5 people), and a Studio for 1 person. Look for listings starting with "Home Appart". Baby cot and high chair loaned if needed (sheets not provided). The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Shared laundry in the building with washer and dryer. To facilitate your arrival, we provide you with "The Essentials": Multi-Surface Household Cleaner, sponges, dishwashing liquid, 2 Dishwasher Tablets, 1 40-liter garbage bag, 1 roll of Toilet Paper, Soap, Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Tea, Herbal Teas, Coffee, Sugar. Sheets and linens (terry towels, bath mats and kitchen towel) provided. Stay with peace of mind: due to the coronavirus, we're taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Guest access Check-in: Appointment to be agreed between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. for the handover of the keys and visit to discover the apartment. The presence of all persons who will occupy the apartment is required at check-in (please provide a valid ID). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. Check-out: before 10 a.m. (late check-out possible and free on request and if compatible with the arrival time of the next guests). Other things to note NON-SMOKING. 2nd floor without elevator. Parties and events PROHIBITED. Please make sure to sort your waste and place it in the appropriate bin (waste room at the end of the hallway at the entrance to the building). A special Recyclable Waste bin is available in the apartment, under the sink.
