Charming lakehouse in idyllic place

A modern house with a stunning view from the large porch with beautiful views over the lake. The newly built guest house is large, light and spacious with high ceilings and fireplace. Newly made beds and cleaning are included. Private beach with access to rowing boat, canoe and SUP. Bicycles are also available. Possibility of a wood-fired sauna with ice bath right by the lake for a low cost. Torsby skitunnel just 5 min away. Wintertime ski trails just around the corner if snow. The space The guest house is newly built and consists of 2 houses joined together. The main building of 70 sqm, with two bedrooms, entrance, kitchen and bathroom and a loft of 20 sqm with two beds. The small house is 35 sqm and includes a TV room and a bedroom. The beds are made when you arrive, sheets, towels and cleaning are included. It is a nice and bright house with high ceilings, wood burning stove, (wood included) and a large porch with beautiful views of lake Sirsjön. In the yard there are swings, trampoline, slide, sandpit and soccer field as well as access to ping pong and gym. Guest access Guests can use both houses during the summer. In the winter, you get access to both houses if you are 5 or more guests. There are 6 beds in the big house and 3-5 in the small one. Other things to note Wintertime: It is only 5 minutes drive to Torsby Ski Tunnel Torsby and Sports center with trails for cross-country and mountain bike, 20 minutes to Hovfjället with both cross-country trails and alpine skiing and 1 hour to Branäs Alpine center. If there is snow, I will make tracks for cross-country skiing right outside the door. Summertime: You can borrow a rowboat and canoe available on the beach just 100 meters below the house. The beach has both sand and pier. It is also possible to haven access to a sauna by the lake for a small fee.(50 skr/pers) Canoe trips, we can help arrange.
