Bright and appealing detached house with garage and great patio in Homborsund in Grimstad municipality. Short distance to Kristiansand Zoo and several of the idyllic Sørland towns. The space The house was built in 2011 and is located in a quiet residential area. Homborsund is located on the mainland between Lillesand and Grimstad, so here you have many nice excursion options with both bicycle and car - and also on foot: There are great hiking opportunities in the nearby area, also several marked trails. The plot is nicely landscaped and has good sun conditions, lawn, outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. On the property there is a garage with charging facilities for electric cars. Here you will also find three bicycles and a bicycle trailer with room for two children that you can freely borrow during your stay. In the garden there is an annex with beds for 1-2 people (these are in addition to the stated bedrooms/beds). The home is very suitable for renting to families with children. Here you will find two high chairs, a crib, changing table and a good deal of toys, games and books. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need of aids, incl. food processor, coffee maker, kettle, waffle iron, toaster and hand blender. On the 1st floor there is a spacious and bright living room with fireplace, on the 2nd floor an attic room with Apple TV. The sofa bed (double) is located in the attic. The house has its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as two bathrooms; one with toilet, shower and bathtub and one with toilet and shower. In addition to the mentioned bedrooms and beds, you have the opportunity to add 1-2 mattresses in one of the rooms or the attic, so that you can be up to 12 people in the house if desired.
