Charming Flat Rockridge/ Claremont

This private, spacious studio is in the lower level of my charming Berkeley home in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Close to Rockridge BART (15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive), UC Berkeley and the vibrant communities of Elmwood and Rockridge, home to many wonderful restaurants and locally owned shops. City of Berkeley Zoning Certificate # ZCSTR STR 0068 The space The space is ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults plus 1 child as the second bed is a twin in the sleeping nook. The sleeping nook is small so it might be tight for an adult. The kitchen has an antique stove, so if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking this may not be the ideal place for you. There are 3 burners and a very small oven that need to be lit to turn on. There is also a counter top oven. Other things to note There are 2 entrances. The entrance through the gate has steps that are uneven, which may be difficult for some guests. There is however another entrance which is easier to negotiate. Small to medium size dogs okay with an additional fee based on the length of stay. Unfortunately we do not allow cats as my dog does not get along with them. Please note that the rate includes the City of Berkeley Occupancy Tax.
