On the upper floor, a cozy 2-person room

In an attractive detached house, in a park-like area of Assen (Westerpark), there is a spacious bedroom for 2 people on the upper floor and a bathroom from 2016, which must be shared with guests from another bedroom. The 2nd room for max. 4 people can be booked separately. A crib is available if needed. There is ample parking and a nice sheltered garden on the south. Guests can count on a good breakfast. The space It is a detached cozy house, of which I rent the upper floor, consisting of 2 rooms. A bright, spacious 4-person room and a bright, spacious 2-person room. Both rooms are rented separately. Optionally, both rooms can be rented simultaneously via 2 separate bookings. The shower is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs in the living room. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the lovely south-facing garden. In the utility room, there is a microwave that can be used. If there are 6 guests, they can use the toilet downstairs next to the front door. During your stay I enjoy socializing with the guests. If they come as a group, I leave them in peace. Other things to note It is a very quiet neighborhood, lots of greenery, very pleasant. Easily accessible by bus, line 20, from the train station, which is 1.7 km from my house. The Bonte Wever, where you can swim, is 500m from my house. The city center is 1.5 km away.
