Shops nearby in front of the residence 🥖🗞️🍔 The space The 31 m2 accommodation is air conditioned located on the 2nd and top floor of the residence (no elevator). A private parking space in a box to park your vehicle safely. Attention for the box /vehicle space: Ask me the dimensions if long or high. You can easily access the beaches as well as the shops that are only in a few meters from the property. For your comfort, you will have essential consumables for your arrival from a grocery base (salt, pepper, sugar ...) of cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, ...) Attention: No elevator. For some people with reduced mobility, the climb of the steps can be a problem even if the staircase in the lobby is wide and a half landing. On the other hand, garage access, is via a spiral staircase. Guest access The property has a space for a standard vehicle in a locked private box in the basement of the residence with direct access to the entrance hall of the residence. Parking at La Grande Motte is difficult in high season. The Couchant parking lot is paid from 06/01 to 09/30. Free public parking is available but is a little further away. Other things to note No smoking allowed 🚭 Pets not allowed.⛔ Maximum capacity of️ 4 persons (adult/teen/children/infants). Check-in possible from 4 p.m. and Check-out before 10 a.m. A service provider will work with a steam cleaning BEFORE any further check-in in order to prepare for your arrival. Optional paid Linen kit (bed linen, hand towel and bath mat) NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. You're not charged the cleaning fee, so they asked you to clean when you checked out.
