Welcome to our 250 sqm house in beautiful Tyresö. Here you will enjoy large living areas, many bedrooms and a large plot that invites swimming with a large pool, trampoline or soccer on the large lawn. The plot has sun all day! Game room with ping pong, darts and soccer games 5 minutes from the bus that easily takes you to Stockholm C - or by car in about 25 minutes. Within 1 km you will find two nice swimming areas, shop, bakery, café and a large nice park and outdoor gym! A perfect house for families! The space Large accommodation with nice pool and large lawn with direct proximity to forest, swimming lakes and transportation to Stockholm C. (English below) In summer, you have walking distance to many nice swimming areas if you get tired of the pool, which is heated to 28 degrees. The accommodation has five bedrooms with double beds in all rooms, except one where a travel bed is available. Possibility of mattress/travel bed. 10 people sleep comfortably! Four of the bedrooms have TV and Apple TV. The kitchen is modern and newly renovated with all the equipment needed and on the patio there is a barbecue. The kitchen has a large round table with room for 8-10 people and a kitchen island for room with five people. From the kitchen, you can reach the stone patio and garden. On the patio, there is a large table for 8-10 people and a lounge group. The plot has sun from early morning (morning on the front) to sunset. On the property, there is also a sunroom with a heater that can be used after the sun has gone down to sit and have coffee/eat. On the entrance level, there are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. On the lower floor, there is a with shower and associated toilet (separate). A washing machine and dryer is available. The living room has a large corner sofa and large TV and comfortable armchair. On the lower floor, there is a large hobby room and gym equipment for easier home training. In the hobby room, you can play floorball, exercise or why not play table tennis? WiFi is available throughout the house and the house has an electronic lock and keys are not needed. In our garden, you can play soccer, jump on the trampoline, play in a fantastic playhouse or swim in the pool. The pool is 8*5 meters and has a staircase on a short side that makes it easy to get in and out of the pool. The pool is 140 cm deep. The pool is open in summer and is heated. There are Kubb (Finnish throwing game) available as well as toys for children 0-16 years for both indoor and outdoor play, soccer balls, ping pong rack, etc. There are good parking facilities and two children's bicycles and three adult bicycles are available to borrow. The house can comfortably sleep 10 people! Four of the bedrooms have a TV and Apple TV. Modern and recently renovated kitchen, with all needed amenities, and the backyard patio has a propane barbecue. The kitchen is furnished with a round table that can seat 8-10, and a kitchen island with additional seating for 5 people. Access to the stone-covered patio and backyard from the kitchen. The patio has a large table seating 8-10, plus a lounge set. The yard has sun from early morning (front yard in the morning) until sunset. Gazebo with heater in the backyard, perfect after the sun has gone down for late meals or just mingling. Two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower, on the main floor. A third bathroom with shower and toilet (separate) in the basement. Washer & dryer available. Living room: large section and large xx” TV and comfortable armchair. Basement level: large family room and gym equipment for basic workouts. You can even play sports, like floor ball or ping-pong, in the family room. WiFi access in the entire house. It is also equipped with electronic locks, so no key is necessary. One can play soccer, use our trampoline, play in our amazing playhouse, or swim in the pool in our backyard. The pool is 8x5 meters and has steps on the short side, which makes it easy to get in and out of the pool. The pool is 140 cm deep. Lots of outdoor & indoors games and toys available, such as Kubb, soccer balls, ping-pong rackets etc. Car parking available, as are two children's and three adult bikes.
