The Tiny Fox - Cozy Cottage in lake distance
The Tiny Fox - Cozy Cottage in lake distance
Description
The humble cottage is located in the Boitzenburger Land, an almost deserted area of the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park about 95 kilometers north of Berlin and is particularly suitable for couples and young families for relaxation, recreation, de-speeding and home office. The star of this offer is the Kuhzer See with an idyllic swimming area about 500 meters away. And then? Back to the farm workers' house and enjoy a cozy summer evening on the large field stone terrace. The space The cottage was purchased for own recreational purposes and is constantly restored ecologically. We are using materials such as loam, stone, wood from the region reflecting the art of constructing churches, monasteries and farmsteads in that area. On 2 levels, it offers about 60 square meters of living space with a 1000 square meter large, sunny garden. It has a living room with a fireplace and large dining table, a kitchen with sinks, fridge and two mobile cooking rings and a new bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and a bedroom with two beds and a bed with mattress in the attic. The Uckermark farm workers of the 19th century were housed in simple and less comfortable cottages. We have always kept this idea of the simple life in mind during the restoration. Guest access Guests of the house have access to the entire property for their exclusive use including a Garden with a huge terrace. Another part of the garden is sharded with family and friends. Other things to note In the large garden there is a table with six chairs and barbecue. There are also two bicycles and a hammock available. In the neighboring Hassleben there is a little Kiosk with long daily opening hours as well as a country inn and a pizzeria. Eggs, honey and fresh vegetables are available in surrounding farm shops and at neighbors. Larger shops and train stations are located in Templin & Prenzlau (each 20 kilometers away).
