This 5-person vacation home is located in bungalow park Yperhof, a small and quiet park. It has all the comforts, especially a nice conservatory where you can eat and relax. The garden is fully enclosed so you are completely private. The holiday park is centrally located between the beach and the center of Julianadorp. The space Yperhof 14 has three bedrooms and can accommodate five guests. Upon entering, you will find yourself directly in the kitchen. The spacious kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, stylish fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Krups coffee maker and combination microwave. Through the kitchen you enter the spacious dining room. This is equipped with French doors to the terrace. An open passage gives access to the bright conservatory where the living area is located. The living room has a comfortable sofa and 2 spacious chairs. The living room also has a large sliding door that gives access to the garden. The well-kept bathroom, toilet and sink are located next to the kitchen. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a single bed. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. In the first bedroom, there are two single beds. The second bedroom is spacious and stylishly decorated and has a large double bed (210x180 cm). The room features a spacious closet wall and a separate sink. In addition to the facilities in the house, the house also has a south/west facing garden. The large garden is fenced and has various seating options. You can park your car in front of the house. Opposite the house is a playground equipped with various playground equipment. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guest access The parking lot is located directly in front of the bungalow. There is a possibility to rent bicycles at CAN Vakantiehuizen. When renting for 3 days or more, these will be brought and collected Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided in the home. You can rent these from us. The cost for bed linen is €9 per person and towels €6 per person. Should you bring your own bed linen: Yperhof 14 has 1 double bed 1 of 210 x 180 cm with 2x single duvet and 3 single beds (90x200) + single duvets.
