We would like to welcome you to our Guest Studio. We are situated off the main road set in a quite Hamlet in Denshaw. We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove. The space We overlook our own land which leads up to the hills overlooking Denshaw. We are 8 minutes easy reach of Junction 22 of the M62 & 10 -15 min away from all the other main Saddleworth villages & Oldham town centre, which has a good metro service to Manchester City Centre. There is also a designated parking space on site. We have 2 very nice cosy Pubs in the Village that both serve food 7 days a week within a 5 minute walking distance. We are ideal for walkers, relatives visiting family, or a central place to stay if you are working in or around the area, or a base for any of the many events which take place in Guest access Entrance is up 2 steps one small one on to the decking & one inside via a step. Our Annexe is on Site of our family home & whilst it is completely separate accomodation with separate access , please expect some background noise on occasion.
