The immediate vicinity to the North Sea coast makes it the ideal starting point for extensive dike walks, bike tours or mudflat hikes, where you can explore the unique flora and fauna of the mudflats. Located only about 10 kilometers southeast of Husum, Witzwort offers a perfect blend of proximity to the city and the relaxing atmosphere of a coastal village. Husum, often referred to as the gateway to the North Sea, is known for its picturesque harbor, historic old town and wide range of shopping and cultural activities. In the other direction, about 30 kilometers southwest, St. Peter-Ording with its impressive beaches, famous pile dwellings and a wide range of water sports activities. On a ground-level area of 100 square meters, equipped with a separate entrance, this apartment offers plenty of space and a homely atmosphere for your stay on the coast. The apartment has two bedrooms: a spacious room with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe and an inviting armchair, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), which promise a quiet night's sleep. For an additional two guests, the living room offers a practical sofa bed. The kitchen, open-plan, invites you to cook and linger together. With comprehensive equipment, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartments, oven, ceramic hob with four hotplates, extractor hood, as well as a filter coffee machine, kettle and egg cooker and toaster, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The living room, the center for shared hours, is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD player and a large dining table that invites you to socialize. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a washing machine. The highlight is the sheltered and sunny patio in the courtyard, equipped with high-quality teak furniture. It offers a sheltered view and invites you to relax right outside your door. There is also a spacious sauna in a separate extension (€10 per use).
